Estate Planning

We believe in comprehensive estate planning to meet the needs of our clients. Each plan we create is tailored and unique to a client and their family. From wills, revocable trusts (living trusts, bypass trusts, QTIP planning), and irrevocable trusts (dynasty trusts, irrevocable life insurance trusts, intentionally defective grantor trusts, grantor retained annuity trusts, spousal lifetime access trusts, charitable lead annuity trusts and charitable remainder annuity trusts) we work with our clients to develop a plan to accomplish their goals.

International Estate Planning

We work to help foreign nationals navigate and understand the United States gift and estate tax system and arrange for an orderly transition of wealth to future generations.

Trust Administration and Probate

If you already have a trust and are trying to figure out how to administer it as a trustee, we can help! We can review your trust and advise you as to how to proceed. We also help when someone passes away, does not have a trust, and the estate must go through the probate process.
